Refund policy

At Cluttera Homes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Certain products, including personalized, clearance, or hygiene-related items, may not be eligible unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided by email. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
